By accessing or using TipperLink (tipperlink.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, hauliers, and suppliers using the exchange.
TipperLink provides a digital exchange connecting tipper and grab hauliers with load suppliers in the UK. We facilitate introductions and transactions but are not a party to any haulage contract formed between a haulier and a supplier through the platform. All contracts for the carriage of goods are made directly between the haulier and the supplier.
TipperLink operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
Haulier ratings are based on verified job completion data collected through the platform. Ratings are public and form part of a haulier's profile. You must not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or game the ratings system. TipperLink reserves the right to investigate and remove fraudulent ratings.
You must not use TipperLink to:
A haulier who accepts a load and fails to complete it without giving reasonable advance notice will receive a formal no-show strike recorded on their profile. Three strikes within a 12-month period will trigger a platform review which may result in suspension or removal.
TipperLink is a marketplace platform only. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from a haulage transaction facilitated through the platform. We do not guarantee the availability of loads, the suitability of hauliers, or the accuracy of ratings. Our liability to you is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
All content, branding, software, and design on TipperLink is the property of TipperLink. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written consent.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered members of any material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of TipperLink after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
